PGIS-HSMAG High Resolution Magnetic Acquisition System

PGIS-HSMAG is a portable data acquisition system based on Hand Held Computer supplied with a Global Positioning System receiver and high sensitivity and high resolution magnetometer processor MMS-4 .

Suitable Sensors for the system are

· Scintrex CS-3, CS-2 and older

· Geometrics G 823A, G-823B and older

PGSI -SP Hand Held Spectrometer

The PGIS-SP is designed for fast and reliable ground surveys or monitoring of larger areas where radioactive materials may be buried. Smart battery charging systems keeps the spectrometer calibrated during battery charging, making it instantly ready for normal operation.The same buttery is used for the detector and the HHC. Small detector (0;76;76) is usually mounted together with the battery and hand carried or fastened on a backpack together with the GPS receiver. Larger detector volumes of up to 4 liter or larger are carried on a backpack or placed on a push-pull cart with or without a motorized drive.The size of the detector should be selected for efficient and reliable data collection.
